Founded and led by Eddie J. Breaux III, EJB Consulting brings over a decade of human resources leadership and organizational strategy experience to each engagement. Eddie has served as a Director of Human Resources for one of Georgia’s largest school districts, leading initiatives that dramatically improved staffing, performance management, and retention across multiple sites. As a consultant, he has advised national and regional clients on complex HR challenges, including policy implementation, recruitment strategy, organizational assessments, and workforce planning.
Eddie is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds an MBA from Duke University, an Ed.M. from Harvard University, and a BA from Morehouse College. His career spans both domestic and international contexts—including service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali—giving him a unique perspective on leadership, equity, and human capital development. Known for his strategic thinking, people-centered approach, and ability to drive measurable results, Eddie partners with clients to build the HR foundation they need to thrive.
